Our license program provides the following benefits to any companies interested in manufacturing compliant memory devices and host devices, providing content distribution services using contents secured with our technology and there are 3 types of licenses.
Adopter Agreement
This license is for manufacturers of flash memory and non-flash memory products and host device products. The license includes:
(1) Use of Next Generation Secure Memory technical specification for manufacturing and sales of compliant products. The technical specification includes
(2) Use of essential patents owned by licensors to implement the technical specification.
(3) Use of trademarks
License categories and fees/royalties for each license category can be found in the attached document.

Information Agreement
This agreement allows for prospective licensees to internally evaluate Next Generation Secure Memory technical specifications to explore the feasibility of entering into the Adopter Agreement or Service Provider Agreement. This agreement is good for a period of one year.
